Cordia is a property development company in full Hungarian ownership, subsidiary of the Futureal Group, specialising in residential property development.

In its market, Futureal is a determining actor also on a European scale (Futureal ranks 10th on the list of the largest European developers according to issue 1, 2010 of the journal PropertyEU), with ongoing projects currently running in three countries (Romania, Hungary, Poland).

The company has about 100 real estate professionals. Futureal is managing the largest city center regeneration project in Central Europe, located in the heart of Budapest. Having delivered more than 1,000 apartments over the past five years, Cordia has grown into the largest developer on Budapest’s newly built market. In 2010 the Cordia Nigthingale Park get the prize of the best residential development of Romania on the CIJ Awards.
